Photo Trips

We are available to guide your club or private group on a Photo Trip to many of our favorite locations. Photo Trips are great for:

If you have never been on a serious photography trip, you may be shocked to learn that outdoor photography can be hard work! With proper planning and learning to use your equipment to its fullest, your hard work can reward you with photographs that you can't believe YOU took.

The field is the classroom for our Photo Trips. Our Guides will work with you in groups and one-on-one while you are shooting, helping you to understand the mechanics of your equipment, the physics of light and the art of photography.

For Photo Trips within a 90-mile radius of Wilmington, NC, our fees are $50 per day per participant ($150 minimum).  We try to maintain small groups with a maximum of approximately 6:1 participant to Guide ratio. We may split larger groups among the Guides to maintain smaller group size at some locations.

Photographers of any skill level will enjoy and benefit from our Photo Trips Whether you use a Point & Shoot camera and just want to improve your travel snapshots or have the latest DSLR and want to bring your photography skills to the next level, our Photo Trips offer something for you.

Due to insurance reasons, all participants are responsible for thier own transporation throughout the Photo Trip. This helps us  keep the cost down and make the Photo Trips more affordable. If your group requires transportation, we can make arrangements with a local company to provide a bus or van.
